French borders open!

Can’t wait to get out there? Want to enjoy a lovely house and gardens in peace and quiet for yourself, nature, without having to meet other guests? This is possible with us again from June 15. The shops, restaurants, terraces and sights have been open for some time now. The atmosphere is pleasant and everyone keeps their distance.

We adhere to the protocol issued by the French government. Of course you will find a carefully cleaned holiday home, all contact points disinfected, clean garden furniture and of course we keep sufficient distance. Come and find space and silence in Burgundy, just a day’s drive away!

Atelier Lambert

At Clos Laraison, there are always works by Gert (Lambert) on display. Our guests at Mme Chapelle have their own personal museum with still lifes and animal portraits adorning the walls. We regularly change the paintings on display. And in our drawing room, guests are free to take a look at our portrait wall and series of model drawings. Ouvert à tous!

Walkers take note!

Clos Laraison makes for a great starting point for walks and cycling excursions. All these routes were recently retraced and are now clearly signposted. The early and late seasons are ideal times to discover all these routes, the months of June and September offer plenty of opportunities. You may even run into real pilgrims on one of your walks, because Issy-l’Evêque is on the famous GR13 pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. Read more about the local area and click the drop-down list for possible activities.
